Designer and Corset Artist

She started selling her own punk creations at an early age, in the late 70's. She then went on to train at FIT in New York and then Nottingham, where some of her tuition was under Winifred Aldrich.

She then set up her own label, while also making bespoke garments for the music industry as well as red carpet outfits for BAFTA winners.

Over the last seven years she has been perfecting the art of making corsets. Extensively researching the history and construction. Modifying original 19th century patterns to fit the modern figure, also drafting up her own designs. Always striving to make the perfect corset.

Kiku only uses the finest quality silks, satins and leather. Coutil linings and beautiful trimmings. She uses the best quality boning and busks to create the ultimate shape.
